Returns / Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be lodged within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges-
We understand that online shopping can be tricky and we will happily assist you if you require an exchange for a different size garment. Follow the below steps to initiate an exchange.
Initiating an exchange-
Email merjapparel@gmail.com
Attach your receipt or proof of purchase to the email
Clearly state the item you would like in exchange (Example: I would like to exchange the item in the attached receipt to the Blue Diverge Shirt in a size Small)
Label the subject of the email as exchange followed by your order number (Example: Exchange- 4011)
Wait for our team to get in contact, with further steps to complete the exchange process
Note - The following applies for an exchange
-The items must be unused and in its original condition with tags intact.
-Shipping the item back to us for an exchange is at your own cost.
-A self addressed Australia post satchel, must be sent with your garment so that your exchange item can be posted back to you.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held responsible for lost/missing parcels.
Refunds-
We are happy to refund the total cost of your purchase if there is a manufacturing fault. Please note that we will not accept refunds for change of mind purchases or sale items.
If there is a manufacturer fault with your product, please notify our team by following the below steps. Once we are notified, we will make contact with you to communicate whether your request has been approved. If approved, you will be offered an exchange or full refund. If you choose a refund, it will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
