Shipping Policy

Orders

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

You will know your payment has been successful if you receive a confirmation email detailing your order including order number. Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will send you another email to notify you it’s on its way and you’ll also receive an email from Australia Post with a unique tracking number once they have received and processed your order, this email will have a link to the Australia Post website where you can track the delivery of your order to your door.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We are not responsible for loss or damage of your parcel once it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Australia Post will leave your parcel at your shipping address if there is a letterbox or they believe there is another safe place, however if you would like to add insurance or a signature on delivery please contact us prior to making an order and we can arrange this for an extra charge.

International Customs and Duty Charges

Please be aware of any fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. As the payment and knowledge of taxes/duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and MERJ Apparel cannot be held responsible for any charges.
If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will be issued with a refund when the parcel is received, less any freight costs incurred by MERJ Apparel.

N.B. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

N.B. MERJ Apparel is not responsible to cover national or international shipping costs incurred by the customer for refunds on non-faulty items or cover the re-delivery costs for exchanges. See our Refund Policy.
